Pricing
Every effort has been made to make our books affordable and value-for-money. Special offers are temporary and may be discontinued at any time. Details of prices provided on the website should be correct, but we reserve the right to make changes when necessary.
Stock availability
All orders are subject to availability. We endeavour to ensure that the availability status of a product is accurate, but please be aware that advertised availability is only a guide and may be affected by orders placed on the same day and other stock control issues.
Dispatch
Please allow 28 days for delivery. We will make every effort to ensure that books you order will reach you as quickly as possible – possibly even within 3-5 days – but this may not always be possible. If you are concerned about dispatch and delivery dates, please contact us for clarification.
We reserve the right not to dispatch orders, particularly those to overseas addresses, which we feel may have been made with a credit or debit card obtained by fraudulent means.
For bulk orders, confirmation of payment is necessary before dispatch, so delivery times may need to be confirmed by email. Please contact us for delivery estimates.
UK delivery
Postage and packing charges are added to the cost of your order at the shop checkout. Please contact us if you intend to make a bulk buy to discuss your requirements - it may work out cheaper for you than ordering online.
Please note that orders of two or more products may be delivered in separate shipments to keep postage costs down. These shipments may not arrive on the same day, even if they were dispatched together.
If a shipment does not arrive after 28 days, please contact your local post office in the first instance. If parcels cannot be tracked down, please then contact us and we will re-dispatch to you and make a claim from the Post Office.
International delivery
We will only dispatch orders to street addresses (not PO Boxes or APO/FPO).
For obvious reasons, we cannot guarantee delivery time for overseas orders.
We also cannot be held liable for lost or damaged items sent to any addresses overseas.
Returns and refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please return it immediately, using the original packaging and enclosing the delivery note. In this case, return postage will be at your own cost, but you will be provided with a full refund on the price you paid for the book(s).
If your purchase is damaged in any way, or if you have been sent the wrong item, please return it and we will replace it for you. In this case we will refund the return postage. Please return the item using the original packaging, enclosing the delivery note.
We would ask that you notifiy us within 5 working days of receipt if you are dissatisfied with a product or if the product is damaged. We will not be held liable for damaged goods if we are notified after this period of time has elapsed. We will not be held liable for lost or damaged items sent to addresses overseas.
